KDM Architects is a private architectural practice with their main office located at 15 Camperdown Street, Broughty Ferry, Scotland and a satellite branch office in Inverness.

The Practice in its present form was established over 14 years ago and has been involved in all types of Housing, Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Leisure projects.

The management structure that is in place ensures that all projects are neither run or overseen by one of the Partners. Each new project is allocated within the Practice to staff who usually have experience in that particular type of work. A personnel list is included within this website to show the various staffing levels that are currently available within the practice.

KDM Architects are currently working towards implementing BS EN 9001 Quality Management Systems.

In order to continually improve our service to clients we have, over the last few years, invested in Computer Aided Design facilities. We currently have 16 work stations and all staff are trained in the efficient use of them. We are currently using AutoCad LT2000i and Architectural Desktop for drafting and 3D visualisation.

Our current professional indemnity cover is £3m for each and every claim.
